To hear an update from the Chair on the design and commissioning of the new signs.

To receive an update from the Clerk regarding the commissioning of improvements to the equipment.

To receive an update from the Clerk on the readiness of the office as a base for Council operations.

NEW SIGNAGE FOR PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY

To agree how the need for new signs on the PROW can be identified and communicated to Cornwall Council.

EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

If necessary, to resolve: that in accordance with s.1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, the Press and Public be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the business owing to the confidential nature of that business.
