Any report issued to the committee may be viewed by the public on application to the Clerk.
Members of the public wishing to address the committee in the Public Forum on a matter on this agenda must
advise the Clerk in advance and may speak for a maximum of three minutes each.
Councillors will not comment on agenda items in Public Forum. Any items raised in the Public Forum may be
considered for future meetings.
