CLERK’S NOTE:
On the day the meeting, the Clerk contacted councillors to advise them that he had been unwell for several days and could not attend the meeting.
He advised that, as the majority of the business on the agenda required his presence, the meeting should be cancelled and rearranged. None of that business being urgent, this was agreed.
The Clerk and Chair of the Amenities and Environment Committee will arrange a new date for the meeting.
